What makes this one different is that the word “HERS” is stamped in white ink on the pencil's barrel. Unfortunately, I can no longer ask mom for the story behind this one but I suspect it is from the 40s. The pencil comes in its original plastic case with an Autopoint gold label on the front. The label reads “AUTOPOINT UTL LEADS PROVEN BEST Granted Seal of Quality, Nationwide Consumer Testing Institute, Inc.” and includes the Institute's seal of approval. Set includes one dual-end mechanical pencil, one package of No. 22 HB Medium black leads, one package of #12 Real Thin red leads, and the original warranty. Buyer pays shipping.
