Although mom's thermos is 40 years old, it's in great condition and still usable. Body: there are minor mars on the side and a small dent; the black paint is beginning to scrape off from the side seam; near the top there is a 'bubble' in the black paint as though it were touched by something hot. I saw no signs of rust on the metal rims. Bottom: The bottom cap is supposed to turn so the glass liner can be removed. However I didn't have enough strength to turn it. Red cap & stopper: a-ok. Glass liner is intact and there is no odor. Approx. 10”H w/3” circumference. Aladdin's Topsall No. 3350 Pint.
